Registration Policies

Registration is required for all classes - The studio does not accept "walk in" students.

All class descriptions include a list of  requirements necessary to attend a course offered by Something Phishy Glass Studio. These include skill level, tuition and any additional materials fee.

How to Register: Print the Registration form  [can not be filled out on your computer -you must print a hard copy] Fill out all required information and mail it to the address provided on the form along with your payment.

Payment

Payment of all fees and tuition is required in full at the time of registration.

Something Phishy Glass Studio currently accepts 4 types of payment:
1. Personal Check
2. Bank Check
3. Cash
4. Gift Certificate



Student Cancellation/Refund Policy

Please Read Carefully~

A Full Refund [minus a $50 cancellation fee] will be given on cancellations occurring anytime up to 15 days prior to the start of a class or workshop.

No Refund [in full or in part ] will be given for cancellations occurring 14 days or less prior to the start of a class or workshop.

No Refund will be given if a student fails to show up for a scheduled class/workshop.

Class fees will not be prorated for students arriving late; leaving early; or for missing any single session in a multisession course.


While Something Phishy Glass Studio understands that occasionally events occur that would cause a student to have to cancel a prior registration we urge prospective students to plan their participation carefully to avoid unnecessary cancellations. 

The planning /scheduling of classes and workshops at the studio takes a great deal of time and effort and in the case of Guest Instructors or special weekend workshops travel arrangements and lodging for the visiting instructor is often a necessity.

It is for these reasons that the Cancellation/Refund Policy will be strictly adhered to.

Studio Cancellation/ Refund Policy

Something Phishy Glass Studio will refund all monies in full to any registered participant in the event that the Studio must cancel a scheduled class or workshop.

In the event that a class must be rescheduled registered students reserve the right to participate in the rescheduled class or ask for a full refund of the fees paid to date.

All refunds will be made by check within 15 business days of date of cancellation.
